About Lion Rock

Lion Rock Resources (TSXV: ROAR, OTCQB: LRRIF, FSE: KGB) is advancing the Volney Project in South Dakota's Black Hills, where Phase 1 drilling has confirmed a new gold discovery and a multi-commodity critical mineral system enriched in lithium, tin, tantalum, and additional US Critical Minerals.

The Company completed 3,600 metres of diamond drilling across 15 holes in the first modern drill program ever conducted at Volney. All nine gold holes returned mineralization, defining a zone 500 m long, 400 m wide, and 200 m deep across multiple zones that remain open in every direction.

The 142-hectare property is located entirely on private land with surface and mineral rights, enabling year-round access and rapid permitting. Volney is proximal to major operations including Homestake (40+ Moz Au produced), Coeur Mining's Wharf Mine, Dakota Gold, and Agnico Eagle.

A Stable & Prolific Jurisdiction

The Volney Project is located in South Dakota's Black Hills, one of the most productive gold mining districts in US history and home to established infrastructure, a skilled mining workforce, and active producers including Coeur Mining's Wharf Mine, Dakota Gold Corp and Agnico Eagle. Lion Rock's 142 hectares sit entirely on private land with surface and mineral rights held outright, enabling year-round access and a permitting path most federal-land projects in the United States cannot match.

Volney combines a new gold discovery with a confirmed polymetallic system containing lithium, tin and tantalum, all on the current US Critical Minerals List. The United States imports tin and tantalum at rates approaching 100% and relies on foreign producers for the majority of its lithium supply. Lithium, tin and tantalum are recognized by the US government as critical to national security, defense and advanced manufacturing supply chains.

Few US exploration projects deliver drill-confirmed gold alongside lithium, tin and tantalum from a single system on private land in a historic US gold district.
